Narrative

PITTSBURGH, PA – A man was seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash in the Strip District late Saturday night.

Police responded to the scene at the intersection of 16th Street and Liberty Avenue at about 11:30 p.m.

The unidentified male passenger was extricated from teh vehicle and transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition.

The driver fled the scene on foot before first responders arrived.
