Narrative
Medics took at least one person to the hospital Tuesday after a SEPTA bus collided with a car at a busy intersection in west Philadelphia. The incident happened just before 2:30 p.m. in the area of North 52nd Street and Haverford Avenue, which is just southwest of West Mill Creek Playground. It’s still unclear how the accident happened, but authorities say the collision caused a third vehicle to leave the roadway and strike a curb. One person from one of the vehicles went to Presbyterian Hospital. Further details are pending while the investigation continues.
