Narrative
A 31 year-old intoxicated driver killed four people in a car crash that happened on April 15th on I-76 W. This driver has been identified as Victor Spizzirr, 31, and he currently faces several charges of homicide for the accident. Spizzirr had crashed into another vehicle while erratically and frequently changing lanes on I-76. All four occupants in the other vehicle died on the scene. Spizzirr himself was hospitalized at Temple University Hospital.
