Narrative

PHILLADELPHIA, PA – A man was killed after running a red light in the Wissinoming area on Tuesday morning.

The crash took place at about 9:16 a.m. when the driver of a Mercedes-Benz went through the red light at the intersection of Harbison Avenue and Benner Street and collided with a Ford E-150 that was heading south.

The Mercedes driver, an unidentified man in his early 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was reportedly injured in the crash.
