ROYERSFORD, PA – One person sustained injuries Tuesday after a head-on collision at a busy intersection in western Montgomery County.
The collision occurred at the intersection of Main Street and 5th Avenue, which is just east of the Schuylkill River and west of US-422 in Royersford.
Police say that rain may have created low visibility in the area, causing the crash.
Medics transported one person to a hospital in Reading with non-critical injuries.
Officials closed the intersection while crews gathered evidence and worked to clear the scene.
