Narrative
FAYETTE CO., PA – Nearly 30 people, most of them minors, were hospitalized following a camp bus accident in Saltlick Township on Wednesday.
The crash occurred near Pine Slopes Road and Indian Creek Valley Road at about 8 a.m.
Investigators say the “multi-function bus” was transporting a bus full of adults and children from Christian Camps of Pittsburgh when it veered off the roadway and struck a fence.
In total, 25 children and three adults were hospitalized. None of their injuries are believed to be life-threatening.
